Minda Instruments Limited (formerly known as Minda Stoneridge Instruments Limited), is a fully owned subsidiary of Minda Corporation Limited. MIL is engaged in to designing and manufacturing of Automotive Electronic products such as Instrument Cluster and Sensor.
MIL is in technical collaboration with Stoneridge Inc, USA which is a leading manufacturer of Electronic instruments.
Our plant is located at Chakan, Pune, giving us the proximity to most of the automotive OEM’s in India. The plant has all state-of-the-art machineries, testing and support facilities required for making all types of instruments as per the customer’s requirement.
Satellite Plant is Operational at Chennai to cater the requirements of all the OEMs in Southern Region.

Panasonic Automatic SMT PCB assembly containing
The SMT PCB is state of the art facility with Clean Room System. The SMT Area is also equipped with:

Plastic Moulding:
Well established set up of 25 Moulding Machines along with well-equipped tool room. All the Machines are Horizontal Injection machines with excellent setup, robotic system, Centralized material feeding, handling and movement system. Also having well established pokayoke controlled ovens for material heat treatment.
Sensor Assembly:
Having well established Sensor Manufacturing Lines for manufacturing of Speed Sensors, Temp Sensors, Position Sensors, Exhaust Gas Sensors etc. All the Lines are working on the principle of Single Piece Flow. The lines are equipped with Pokayoke at each stages and Interlinking facilities. The lines are flexible through SMED.
