It has a diverse product portfolio ranging from mechanical to electronic access control systems serving all the major OEMs across the globe. Our major focus is to provide a cost-effective solution with the highest quality level for current/future technology.
The company’s exports contribute to more than 20% of its revenue through sales from USA, UK, Europe & ASEAN regions. We are the only company in India to have its own patented Magnetic Shutters for 2-wheeler application. For enhanced vehicle security, we manufacture locksets with various different key applications viz. conventional keys, 2 track keys, 4 track keys & snake biting keys. Manufacturing
Minda corporation limited was the first company of Spark Minda group to establish and develop robust manufacturing systems. The systems have been deployed across the manufacturing plants of group companies. The best practices like kaizen, VSM, poka-yoke, cellular manufacturing, piece flow etc. are implemented across plants and are routinely evolved. A state-of-the-art testing & validation facility is setup at Minda corporation limited, to make it self-sufficient to test & validate a wide range of products. The company additionally has its own standards laboratory for calibration of its equipment from time to time.
Quality & standardization is given whole lot of importance. OEM’s across the globe recognizes us for our quality level. All our plants are ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14000 certified. In addition, Pantnagar plant is OHSAS certified as well. TPM activities are in place at Pune and Pantnagar plants.
