The late Shri Shadi Lal Minda ji, a driving force in the Minda Group since 1958, elevated it in the Indian automotive industry through his dedication to customer centricity and quality. Beyond business, his philanthropic legacy includes the Moga Devi Minda Charitable Trust (MDMCT), founded in 1987. As its Chairperson, he successfully led social projects like Minda Bal Gram and vocational training centers.
Led by values like Discipline, Dedication, Determination, Devotion, and Desire, Spark Minda's commitment extended to various social organizations, advocating for education, healthcare, and community welfare. His belief that serving society is serving the nation reflects his profound commitment to inclusive growth.
Mr Ashok Minda is a veteran with an extensive experience of more than three decades in the automotive component industry. His futuristic approach has ensured Spark Minda’s growth as a pioneer in the automotive component sector with a nationwide footprint and international recognition. Under the futuristic vision and dynamic leadership of Mr Minda, the Group is rapidly expanding with a diversified product portfolio and various companies in India and abroad.
He has a successful track record of partnering with leading global auto component companies of the US, Germany, Japan and France. Mr Minda has also been instrumental in initiating greenfield projects in Indonesia, Vietnam, and various parts of India.
Mr. Ashok Minda was recognised as the Most Promising Business Leader of Asia Award 2022 by The Economic Times.
Mr Aakash Minda is the driving force behind Spark Minda's endeavours in advancing sustainable mobility. He oversees the larger Group Marketing and Group Technology functions, playing a pivotal role in shaping company’s strategic initiatives.
Aakash embarked on his journey at Spark Minda as the CEO of Plastics & Interiors and Electronic Manufacturing Excellence divisions. He soon assumed the responsibility of overseeing the newly acquired Minda Autoelektrik Ltd. and was appointed CEO of MCL's Interior Plastic segment, further expanding his leadership role. With his strategic business acumen, Aakash joined the Board of Directors in 2020.
His academic pursuits include graduating with honours from the prestigious Cox School of Business in France and the renowned Indian School of Business.
